Booking, Store & Website Terms

Terms of Service

We value your time as much as our own. These terms keep bookings fair for everyone and protect the time we set aside especially for you.

Last updated: July 2026

How we handle your personal information is set out separately in our Privacy Policy.

1.Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all online bookings. The deposit is tiered to the value of the service booked:

Your deposit is applied toward the cost of your appointment.

A deposit is only retained where a late cancellation or no-show causes us a genuine loss, as set out below. It covers the reserved time and preparation we are unable to fill at short notice.

2.Card on File

To secure your booking we may also hold your card details through our booking system, Timely. These details are stored securely and encrypted by Timely’s payment provider, not by Rejuvia, and are kept strictly confidential. By providing your card you authorise us to charge any cancellation or no-show fee that applies under these terms.

3.Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. To give your appointment to someone else, we ask for reasonable notice:

4.No-Shows

Failing to attend without notice means we lose that appointment time entirely. Where this happens we may charge up to 50% of the service price to the card on file, less any deposit already paid, to cover our reserved time and preparation.

5.Repeat Late Cancellations

If short-notice cancellations happen more than once, we may require full prepayment to secure future bookings, or decline future bookings.

6.Illness and Emergencies

Life happens, and we’d always rather you stayed home when unwell. If you’re sick or have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to reschedule with minimal or no fee, at our discretion.

7.Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time so we can give you your full appointment. If you’re running late, let us know. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may mean your appointment is shortened to avoid affecting the next client, or treated as a same-day cancellation if it can no longer proceed. The full service price still applies.

8.Patch Tests and Consultation

Some services, including Procell Microchanneling, MediLUX LED, advanced facials, lash extensions and tinting, require a patch test and a completed consultation form before we proceed. Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies or pregnancy.

For your safety we may decline or reschedule a service where it is not appropriate to proceed. In these cases the cancellation fees above will not apply.

The information you provide on a consultation form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.Pricing

Prices are those current at the time of booking and are confirmed with you before your appointment proceeds. We may change our prices from time to time. Where a service takes longer or requires more product than anticipated, we will discuss any variation with you before continuing.

Package and course prices are payable as set out at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, packages and courses are for the named client and are not transferable.

10.Results

Every client is different. Skin, lashes and brows respond differently between individuals, and results depend on factors including your skin, hair growth cycle, aftercare, lifestyle and the number of appointments completed. We will always give you an honest view of what to expect, but we cannot guarantee a particular result or timeframe.

Following the aftercare advice we give you is an important part of the outcome.

11.Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers do not expire and may be redeemed against any service. They are not redeemable for cash, and lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

12.Refunds and Your Consumer Rights

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply and nothing in these terms limits them. If you are not happy with a service, please let us know within 7 days so we can assess it and put things right. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on services that have been provided.

13.Photography and Social Media

We love sharing our work. We will only photograph or post images of you or your results with your explicit consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. How we store and handle those images is set out in our Privacy Policy.

14.Minors

Clients under 18 require a parent or guardian’s consent, and a parent or guardian must be present for services provided to clients under 16. Some advanced services are not available to minors. Where we collect information about a client under 18, we do so through their parent or guardian.

15.Use of This Website

You may use this website to learn about our services, make bookings and contact us. You agree not to use it in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any account.

We make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that the site will always be available.

16.Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, images of our work, graphics, logos and design, is owned by Rejuvia Beauty & Aesthetics or used with permission, and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce, adapt or use it commercially without our written permission.

17.Third-Party Links and Services

This website may link to other websites, and our bookings and payments are handled through third-party services including Timely. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites and services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

18.Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service or from your use of this website is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from a failure to disclose a relevant medical condition, medication, allergy or pregnancy, or from a failure to follow the aftercare advice we provide.

19.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. The terms that apply to your appointment are those published at the time you make your booking.

20.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
