  • Provide our professional skin care and beauty services

  • Confirm and remind you of appointments

  • Maintain treatment records and progress photos

  • Share updates about new services, promotions, or products (with your consent)

 

Photo Consent

Treatment photos may be taken to track progress and results. Consent can be verbal or written, and we record this in your client file. Photos are used for clinical purposes only, unless you give additional consent for marketing.

Storage & Security of Information

We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. This includes strong technical, administrative, and physical safeguards.

 

  • Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure your data is stored in Australia Data centres, our vendors may change their policies and your information may be stored or processed outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

 

Use & Disclosure of Information

We will not use or disclose your personal information for purposes unrelated to your care unless:

  • You would reasonably expect it

  • You give consent

  • Disclosure is required by law

Your details may be shared with trusted third parties (e.g., booking systems, payment providers, or skincare suppliers) who also comply with the APPs.

 

Data Breach Notification

If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

 

Access, Updates & Complaints

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you

  • Correct or update your details

  • Register a complaint about a privacy breach

Cancellations Policy

At Rejuvia Beauty & Aesthetics, we value both your time and ours. To ensure fairness and provide the best experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation and deposit policies. 

 

Card on File

​To secure bookings, we may request that clients provide card details through our booking system. These details are encrypted, kept strictly confidential, and will only be used in line with this policy (e.g., to process cancellation or no-show fees).

Deposits
  • High-Value Treatments & Packages: A deposit may be required to secure appointments for services such as Procell Microchannelling courses, MediLux LED packages, and advanced facial treatments.

  • Deposits are applied toward the cost of your treatment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in cases of late cancellations or no-shows (see below).

Cancellation & Rescheduling  
  • Standard Appointments (Facials, Brows, Waxing, Lashes): We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% service fee.

  • Advanced Treatments / Packages (Procell, LED, Multi-Treatment Plans): We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits will be forfeited if less than 48 hours’ notice is provided.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the deposit being forfeited and/or up to 50% of the service fee charged to the card on file.

Repeat Cancellations

If short-notice cancellations (less than 48 hours) occur more than once, an additional deposit may be required to secure future appointments.

We retain the right to refuse booking repeat offenders.


Illness or Emergencies

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unwell, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment with minimal disruption.
 

Why We Have This Policy

Our treatments are highly personalised and time-intensive. Late cancellations or no-shows make it difficult to accommodate other clients waiting for appointments. This policy helps us protect our time and ensures fair access to treatments for all clients.
